Edge Profiles

Explore our countertop edge profiles—hand-finished in-studio for clean, consistent lines
Edges are the final detail—they set the feel of your countertop. We shape and polish each profile in our Parksville studio, then hand-finish for a smooth touch and everyday durability. Choose the style you love; we'll confirm the best profile for your material and layout during your layout review.

Eased Edge
This profile is the most common choice for new countertops.
It has a slightly rounded top and bottom. A very simple, sleek and modern look, highlighting the thickness of the surface.

Available on all Quartz, Granite, Marble, Dekton, Porcelain and Solid Surface edges.

¼″ Round or ¼″ Wrap
More pronounced than the Eased Edge to give a look that has more depth. This is also a popular choice for families with young children in the house, since the edges are less pointed.
The ¼″ Round has the top edge rounded with an eased bottom, while the Wrap is rounded on both the top and bottom.

Quartz, Granite & Marble - Available on 3cm or 4cm edges.
Solid Surface - Available on edges 3cm and up.

Beveled Edge
The corners are beveled at 45 degrees for a crisp, decorative finish.
Options include ¼″or ½″ beveled top with an eased finish on the bottom, or ¼″ bevel on the top and bottom.
Quartz, Granite & Marble - Available on 3cm or 4cm edges.
Solid Surface - Available on edges 3cm and up.

Bullnose
A fully rounded edge for a more traditional style look. Also another popular choice for families with small children in the house.
Quartz, Granite & Marble - Available on 3cm edges.
Solid Surface - Available on 3cm edges.

Ogee
A timeless and ornate edge profile that will instantly create a unique and classy feel to any countertop.
Quartz, Granite & Marble - Available on 30mm edges.
Solid Surface - A small Ogee is available on edges ½″ and up.
Premium edge profile; upgrade pricing applies.

Mitered Edges and Waterfall Gables
Mitered edges will give your countertops the appearance of being thicker, while being able to keep the flow of the pattern of the material. They also hide the seam of the material almost perfectly within the radius of the profile where they join together.
Waterfall gables take this concept a step further and bring your counters right down to the floor. A very modern trend that turns your countertops into a real conversation piece.

For Dekton, it is recommended that edges are mitered as the patterns are limited to the surface of the material and do not go all the way through.
Quartz, Granite & Marble - Available on all edges.
Solid Surface - Miters are not recommended unless you are using transparent material.
Premium edge profile; upgrade pricing applies.
