Manufacturer coverage

Minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty; many engineered (quartz) products and most sinks carry limited lifetime coverage (brand terms apply). We provide brand documents upon request and can help with any required registration.

 

Natural stone

​

Natural stone has inherent variation—veining, tone, speckling, and natural fissures differ from samples and between slabs; these are characteristics, not defects. Seams are part of stonework and will be fabricated and finished to industry standards; they are not invisible. We plan seams for strength and discretion and, where the material allows, align veining and finish edges to read as one plane. Final seam count and placement depend on slab size, pattern, transport, and site access; we’ll review the seam plan with you before cutting. A penetrating sealer improves resistance but does not make stone stain- or etch-proof; routine care is required.
